Do You Remember

Look twice, Build Once #

A fast-paced memory and building game where players race to recreate a sculpture from memory as accurately as possible.

How to Play #

At the start of each round, the judge calls out "Go!", signaling players to run to the pedestal (or chair) where the sculpture is displayed. Players have time to look at the sculpture before running back to their building area. They must recreate the sculpture exactly using their own set of blocks. Touching the original sculpture is not allowed.

A player who believes they have completed their replica must throw their hands up to signal they are done. The judge checks their sculpture. If correct, they earn a point. If the first player made a mistake, the next player to finish correctly earns the point instead.

If no players get it correct after all have been checked, the judge allows another chance for everyone to run back and look again before continuing. The game continues through multiple rounds with different sculptures. The player with the most points at the end wins.

Rules #

Identical Sculptures: Players must use the same blocks and colors to create a perfect match.

Observation Time: Players can only look at the sculpture for a limited time before running back.

First to Finish: The first player to complete an exact replica throws their hands up to signal they are done.

Verification: If the first finisher made a mistake, the judge checks the next player’s sculpture. The point is awarded to the first player who correctly completes the sculpture.

Second Chance Rule: If no player gets it correct, everyone gets a chance to run back and look again before continuing.

No Extra Trips: Players cannot return to the pedestal unless the judge calls for another look.

No Touching the Sculpture: Players may not touch the original sculpture while observing it.
